As a Customer Service Engineer, you will assist our customers with their technical problems and give presentations, after sales support and demonstrations about our design software SCIA Engineer all over Europe. You’ll join a motivated and dynamic team and become part of SCIA with its open culture and great work environment.
Responsibilities
- Help our customers with technical support
- Give trainings in different countries
- Help the sales team with demonstrations about the program
- Give consultancy advice to our international customers
- Perform hand calculations and quality tests
- Give trainings and presentations
- In house, customer site, events, …
- Basic, detailed and theoretical trainings about calculating reinforcement, performing a steel code check, …
- Travel frequently all over Europe
- Assist development and make suggestions about new features or improvement opportunities
Profile
- You have a master’s degree in construction engineering
- Communicative in Dutch, English and French
- Spontaneously, friendly, customer oriented
- You like to explain things and give presentations
- You would like to travel frequently
