On-line rheological assessment of fresh concrete properties
The aim of this research is to determine rheological material properties, such as yield stress, viscosity and ductility, from on-line obtained measurements in a 3D concrete printing system.
This can for example be achieved by visual analysis of droplet formation, or visual analysis of horizontally extruded material. To validate the measured results, off-line experiments need to be conducted and numerical models need to be developed.
