Hi everyone,

In my thesis, I have looked at the design of a 3D-printed concrete noise barrier. This design is created by topology optimization, with the help of a MATLAB code. I have looked at the balance between acoustical efficiency, structural optimization, and sustainability. A parameter study is performed to investigated the impact of the different parameters on the performance of the structure. Finally a case study is done, to implement all the theory in practice.
