Modeling the fresh behavior of 3D printed concrete in DIANA
The trial-and-error approach, commonly used for 3D concrete printing, often results in a waste of resources. In contrast, simulating aspects of the 3D printing process offers increased chances of success and optimization opportunities for design. This study investigates the possibilities of modeling the early-age mechanical behavior of 3D printed concrete using the finite element program DIANA.
