Beer Yoga

On the 1st of July, we are going to do Beer Yoga! For most of you, the exam period is over at that time and this needs to be celebrated! By drinking beer combined with yoga positions, we will restore the balance in you which is lost during the exams. We will do this in the open air and we will arrange some nice beers for you! Our main instructor and yoga-beer expert Michelle Moonen will guide you through the whole workout. The only thing you need to bring is a towel or workout mat.
