Excursion Tielemans project 'Toren Niko'

Together with Adviesbureau Tielemans you get the chance to visit the construction site of Toren Niko! This 109 meter high residential tower, located at Strijp-S , will become the highest building in Eindhoven for now. Tielemans is responsible for the stability and calculation of the main construction and will provide you with an in-depth story of the process behind Toren Niko.

Practical information

We will gather at 13:30 at the side entrance at Vertigo and from there bike towards Strijp-S. At first we visit the office of SDK, where a presentation will be held by Sake Bosma, structural engineer at Tielemans. He will present the design issues that arise in the design of high-rise buildings and provide us with inside information of the structural design of Toren Niko. After this presentation we will enter the construction site. The excursion ends with a free drink!

Note: It is mandatory to wear building shoes at the construction site, so bring your own shoes if you have them. If you do not have a pair yourself, please contact us!
