To stay fit in the month of May, we also organize Walk May With KOers next to the workouts! During this challenge, you walk 41.000 steps a week which you can track with an app like Google Fit. Each week, you can send a screenshot to KOers@TUe.nl or by private message at Facebook or Instagram.
Each week, we will announce a ranking of the ones who walked the most. With this, you can earn extra points!
The ranking will be announced at Tuesday during the workout at 16:00. You can complete your challenge from Monday till Sunday 23:59.
