Buro Happold is an international, integrated consultancy and engineering firm. Over the past 45 years, we have built an outstanding reputation for developing creative, value-led solutions in the built environment that benefit people and planet.
2019 marked the start of our business in the Netherlands. Since then, we have been delivering engineering and consultancy solutions for the built environment, across both buildings and city scale, with support from our other international, multidisciplinary offices to ensure the best result for each project.
We’ve been involved in notable projects such as the 286-meter tall high-rise in Rotterdam, Hofplein tower “RISE”, shaping the communities we live in. With a local team of structural and MEP engineers as well as façade specialist, building physics engineers and sustainability consultants, we push the boundaries to create better places with lower impact on the environment. For doing To do so, sustainability and computational design is integrated in all we do.
Our people have a wide diversity of expertise and specialities: technical experts who can turn their hand to all the traditional engineering disciplines, as well as “integrators” who can bring people together to lead and communicate holistic solutions. We have a reputation for embracing the difficult, and our teams tackle complex issues head on.
