Constructiehuis is a structural engineering firm located just one kilometer from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), specializing in structural calculations for residential renovations. From simple knock-throughs and extensions to dormer windows, roof additions, and full-scale renovations — we handle it all across timber, steel, concrete, masonry, and foundations.

As a small, young, and growing firm, we offer something larger companies rarely can: the chance to work as an all-round structural engineer from day one.
