Excursion WSP

Together with WSP, KOers will visit a timber construction project in Roermond on 29 September!

We will kick off the afternoon at 13:00 with a presentation by WSP, providing insight into the structural design and engineering behind the timber building. Groothuis Bouwgroep will then take us through the construction process, explaining how the design is translated into practice on site.
Following the presentations, we will visit the construction site, where you can see the timber structure up close and connect the structural design with its execution in practice.
Drinks and snacks will be provided.

You can pick up your safety shoes in the SED-lab in return for your student card. A safety vest and helmet will be provided by us.
