BIM Lecture on November 13th – Are You Joining Us?
You might already know us, but if not, you’ll definitely recognize some of the projects we’ve been part of. We’ve contributed to tenders for the Grand Egyptian Museum and Al Janoub Stadium. We also worked on the intricate ceiling design of the Mall of the Netherlands and the world’s first Dolby Cinema at Vue Eindhoven. Plus, we support major contractors like Heijmans with projects such as the Horizon development, where we collaborate closely with preparation teams, factories, and construction crews.
What do all these projects have in common? They were all executed with BIM models! As specialists in BIM (Building Information Modeling), Vibes Building Engineers is brought in when things get complex or for our ability to collaborate smoothly. We’re also forerunners in shaping IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) contracts, a model we believe will become essential in the construction industry.

During this lecture, we’ll dive deep into real-world BIM.
We’ll show you how BIM works in practice – the good, the bad, and the unexpected. We won’t just highlight the successes, but also the bumps in the road where things didn’t go as planned. Similarly, we’ll explore the IPD contract model, discussing both its strengths and the lessons we’ve learned along the way and we’ll walk you through the challenges and opportunities it presents. On top of that, we’ll share our vision for the future of BIM and IPD and talk about the coolest innovations that are reshaping the industry.
